CELEBRATED RELATIONSHIPS

"When Duke invited me to the ministers mastermind group I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had never been a part of anything like that before. Now, 3 months later it’s something I look forward to every week. I’m able to connect with other pastors from all over, to learn and grow from their experiences. It’s been so helpful to hear how other guys sermon prep, build teams, rest, and to have new friends. And Duke does a killer job at keeping it real and fun. I’d recommend this to any pastor that is planting, looking to grow, or maybe feels alone. "

- Jason Masters -

Lead Pastor, Bold City Church, Jacksonville, FL

"Duke Matlock has been my coach for the last 2 years and I can honestly say I am a better Person, Husband, Father and Pastor because of the coaching relationship. The Mastermind group is like icing on a cake. I have a great coaching relationship, but I also have a team of pastors that have challenged and encouraged me in so many ways. Go ahead and join the team, you have something to glean, but you also have something to give to other pastors!"

- Al Force -

Lead Pastor, Oceanway AG, Jacksonville, FL

"Duke Matlock is one of the best leadership coaches in the country. His straightforward rhetoric and personable style are not only attractive but effective. A lot of experts teach on theory, but Duke's teachings are based on his personal experiences and the leaders he has coached. I've personally watched leaders be transformed by Duke's wisdom, teachings, and leadership. If you want to move forward as a leader and get to the next level ‑ learn from Duke."

-Trinity Jordan-

Author, Speaker, Law Professor, Former Federal Prosecutor

"It’s an absolute pleasure working with Duke Matlock. He has an amazing ability to provide a Godly perspective, balanced with a strategic approach. Duke's insight and background allow him to effectively set people and organizations up for success, and his integrity and love for Jesus are a constant encouragement! He is an excellent teacher, motivator, strategist, communicator, and coach. We highly recommend him!"

-Carl Stephens-

Lead Pastor, Faith Assembly of God, Orlando, Florida

"Duke brings fresh insight and practical wisdom to so many issues we deal with on a daily basis. He has been instrumental in my leadership growth this year and I am looking forward to having him coach our team in 2019. I would highly recommend you consider Duke for personal and team coaching. "

-Paul Thomas-

Lead Pastor, Evangel Temple, Columbus, Georgia

"In his role as my coach Duke has provided guidance, insight, and wisdom that has helped me improve my leadership. Duke's vast experience in ministry has provided a perspective that allows him to understand the complexities of church life. Duke is unafraid to speak candidly about my weakesses as well as encouraging me up in the area of my strengths. Hiring Duke as a coach has proven to be a wise decision for our church. Our leadership has observed the benefit of his guidance, especially in the area of my decision making and vision casting. I have been in full-time ministry for thirty-two years and have experienced noticeable growth and progress in my year coaching with Duke."
